Our story

Our founder Paola, with Italian heritage, has more than 15 years of experience in managing the food and beverage departments of luxury hotels, private clubs, and fine dining establishments in London, Barcelona, and Italy, and she has now shifted to a slower lifestyle on the island of Naxos after 3 years in the Cycladic sister island of Mykonos. Here, she happily create food that we enjoy. Her offerings are thoughtful, nutritious, and simple, highlighting the ingredients as the main attraction, while the flavour combinations provide a rich experience for the senses.
