How do I book your services?

MENU DEVELOPMENT CATERING SERVICES:

For all Menu Development and catering services please contact us directly at foodstudionaxos@gmail.com, we will respond within 24 hours.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICES:

1- You make the booking enquiry using the booking form on our “Contact” section, we will respond within 24 hours

2- We get back to you, confirming availability and Menus. In case of Bespoke Menu requests, we suggest menu choices and costs.

3- Once the availability and menus are confirmed, we send you a secure Stripe link for the payment

4- We shop for ingredients at local farm shops, butchers and fishmongers

5- We arrive at your preferred location from 1 hour up to 4 hours before ( for catering events) the agreed time, we prepare and serve the Menu

6- We clean the kitchen

Can you provide vegan options for our event?

Yes we can offer vegan options

Do I need to choose from the menus on the website?

Sample menus are provided to facilitate the booking process and offer guidance in your planning. However, you are encouraged to use these menus as a starting point to craft a bespoke menu tailored to your preferences.

How many people can you cater for in one event?

Our Chefs can cater for small gathering up to 8 people for a sit down dinner, and can serve up to 50 people for stand-up events such as cocktail parties featuring small bites and canapés.

How far in advance should I book a private chef or catering services?

We recommend booking as early as possible especially during peak season. For Private dinners we would require at least 5 days prior and earlier if you require a Bespoke Menu. We strives also to accommodate last minutes requests when it is possible.

What areas do you serve?

We serve central Naxos, Chora and all surrounding areas of Agios Prokopios, Ag. Anna, Plaka Beach, Airport area, Galanado, Glinado, Vivlos, Kastraki. Based on the availability and requested time of the event, we can reach also other areas of the island.

Can I cancel the services anytime? What is your policy?

You may cancel our private chef and catering services up to 20 days prior the event for a full refund. Any service cancellation prior the 20 days will be not refunded. However, we recognize that circumstances may lead to the cancellation of your booking. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment for another day, up to the end of the season in September. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates. Your understanding is appreciated, and we look forward to accommodating you.
